GRUP VFV, S.L. and all the companies that make up the ÀLTIMA Group (hereinafter, all of them jointly referred to as ÀLTIMA) have an Internal Information System that allows any irregularity that may constitute a serious or very serious criminal or administrative offence to be reported in the work or professional context of ÀLTIMA, under the protection of Law 2/2023.
The following persons may use this channel:

Employees and shareholders.

Self-employed persons.

Any person working for or under the supervision and management of contractors, subcontractors and suppliers.

Those who report information on infringements obtained in the framework of a terminated employment or statutory relationship.

Volunteers, trainees and trainees in training.

Persons whose employment relationship has not yet commenced in cases where the information on breaches was obtained during the recruitment process.

In the event that you wish to make a commercial complaint, this platform is not the official channel for submitting complaints. For this purpose, ÀLTIMA has a Customer Service Department where complaints can be submitted or information can be requested.
